You authorize Westlake Financial Services ("we/us") to initiate automatic regular and recurring withdrawals or electronic transfers of the specified payment amount from this bank account. In the event that the selected day falls on a non-banking day, the automatic electronic withdrawal will be processed on the next available business day. We are not responsible for bank account charges, NSF or other bank fees, or overdrafts caused by automatic transactions. We will assess an NSF Fee on all transactions returned for non-sufficient funds.
You have the right to rescind this authorization at any time as specified here, and you have the right to choose another payment method in the future by providing new payment method information. This authorization will remain in effect until you elect to stop recurring payments on your MyAccount settings, or we receive written notification from you (or either of us) of its termination. You may cancel this authorization by faxing a written notice to us at (877) 821-4730. We may cancel recurring payments at any time upon notice to you.
In order to stop the next payment withdrawal, we must receive your request to cancel at least 3 business days before your next due date. If we receive your cancellation request less than 3 business days before the next due date, the automatic payment will be processed as normal and the cancellation will be effective for the following payment. If you have any questions regarding recurring payments, please call our Customer Service Department at (877) 821-4730.
